This Shipping Policy outlines important information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and associated costs.
Order Processing Time
Once you place an order with GameBudd, please allow 2-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays for us to process your order. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. We also offer express shipping which takes about 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
- International Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically takes 10-45 business days. We also ship internationally to select countries. Our international express shipping takes about 2-3 weeks. International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped.
- Local Delivery: Currently, we do not offer local delivery options.

Shipping Exclusion List:
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes and the the following places:
Hawaii, Alaska, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Bonaire, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guadeloupe, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Martinique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Pakistan, Réunion, Russia, Somalia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, South Sudan, Sudan, Gauteng Province of South Africa, Syria, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your package, and your delivery address. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase. Note that at this time, we do not offer free delivery option for order deliveries outside the United States. We offer free shipping for others above $90 excluding shipping price, coupons, discounts, and taxes. Our free shipping option is only for order deliveries in the United States. Other terms and conditions apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Customs
Please note that some of our products are shipped from abroad.
When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there can be a charge applied called ‘Customs Duty’ that is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
If you decide to refuse the customs fee and we confirm that, your item will be returned back to our warehouse, before processing a refund for your order, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re still unsure on whether you’ll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order with us.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If any restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you during the checkout process.
The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order to ensure timely delivery. GameBudd is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your orders, we understand that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may occasionally cause delays. In such circumstances, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If there are any delays with your order, we’ll reach out to you via email or phone to provide updates.
In the event of a significant delay before shipping your item, you have the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Just contact us and we will assist you for that purpose.
We rely on trusted third-party carriers to deliver our products, meaning that we have no control over the delivery process once they are shipped. Although shipping provider delays do no fall under the seller’s liability, if your shipped item/s is experiencing a significant delay, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. If you wish to cancel the already shipped item, you may have to wait until the item is delivered before you can commence a return process.
Cancellations
If your order is experiencing a significant delay before shipment, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
Return & Refund
After you place an order, we start processing your order request. You may cancel your order request within 24 hours the order was made. However, orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs from the time of the order request. After this time, you cannot cancel the order anymore, but have to wait to receive the order before you start return process. Please note that any order return request must be made in under 14 days after you received the item.
With few exceptions, You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 14 days of receiving the order. After this time, you may only receive a partial refund for the item once the return request is accepted and the item received back. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, color, or size, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The item for return must be unopened and in original packaging. Once the return is accepted and received, you may make a separate purchase for a new item. Some items such as items on sale are not eligible for returns.

Damaged Orders
GameBudd is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please reach out to us so that we can assist you in filling a claim with the shipping provider.
