It is our desire that you have a pleasant shopping experience. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased item, never worry because we have created a seamless process for your return, exchanges, and refunds.
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 14 days of receiving the order.
Once we get your returned item/items, inspected it, and validated the return, we’ll send you a store credit in the form of a gift card. This credit lets you buy a different color or size by placing a new order.
*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*
All returns are subject to validation and approval at GameBudd’s discretion.
Eligible Items
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the emailed receipt or proof of purchase.
- No smells or marks, like perfume, deodorant, or makeup.
- Shoes need to be returned in their original shoebox.
- For swimwear, please try it on wearing undergarments. If it’s returned, the hygiene strip must still be in place.
- Fitcover products can be exchanged if they’re unused and unopened.
You’ll need to show proof of purchase for returns. Once we get the item in good condition, we’ll issue the store credit. This might take up to 7 days, so don’t worry if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet. The store credit is valid for 12 months.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- We can’t take returns on items, like lingerie bottoms, for hygiene reasons.
- Personalized items, PJ sets, and pillowcases can’t be returned.
- Items bought on sale can’t be returned or exchanged, and we don’t give store credits for them.
- We do not accept returns on gift cards
Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as you received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make necessary corrections.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, color, or size, simply return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. The item must be unopened and in original packaging. Once the return is accepted and received, you may make a separate purchase for a new item.
Just a heads up, if the item you return has been used, worn, washed, we can’t replace or exchange it due to industry standards on gaming.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Before you send anything back, please get in touch with us at support@gamebudd.com and let us know your full name, order ID number, and why you’re returning the item. If your return is accepted, our customer service team will give you all the details you need, including the return address.
Please be aware that we don’t do refunds for items that aren’t faulty. Instead, we give store credit once we get your return back.

We only give refunds if the product is faulty. If you think you’ve got a faulty item, please let us know within 30 days of buying it, and we’ll check it before doing anything else. You may contact our customer service team at support@gamebudd.com.
Non-defective products can be returned upon payment of a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s price. Additionally, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
If you return items multiple times, like if you exchange an order and then return it again, we might need to charge a small fee to cover extra shipping costs. We’ll let you know about this before you complete your return.
When you send your items back, you’ll have to cover the shipping costs for returning your item and pay for the postage and handling. Until we receive item, it’s your responsibility.
Once it arrives, we’ll check it over. If it’s not in the right condition for a return, like if it’s been used, we’ll send it back to you, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.
When you return your items, you agree to cover any costs involved in getting store credit for your goods. This means you’ll only get store credit for repurchasing items from an existing order, minus any discounts used, and you’ll need to cover any costs for reshipping your goods.
We rely on trusted third-party carriers to deliver our products, meaning that we have no control over the delivery process once they are shipped.
