the live 2022 event has brought a lot of excitement to many people. for those who are as excited about it as much as I am here is a breakdown of what is to expect.
This page acts as a breakdown of the latest 1.20 Update information teased during Minecraft Live 2022!
as of now, there is no official name for the 1.20 update, so we will call it the 1.20 update. the update plans to make Minecraft well more Minecraft-y it increases your creativity.
7 new default skins are confirmed, to allow people to choose an avatar that is more representative of who they are, personalizing your Minecraft journey more than ever before!
Hanging signs are one of the new blocks. Using Wood and Chains to craft them, they can hang off the side of blocks, under narrow objects (like fenceposts), or simply underneath blocks, each with its unique visual style. With the new block, you use to sign to the fullest if you have a shop or restaurant these hanging signs would make a great addition to your builds.
Bamboo Wood is becoming a set, with all the Craftable blocks/items available like all other Wood sets currently in the game, including a unique block to this set called the Bamboo Mosaic block. A Bamboo raft was also shown, as a variant of the Boats currently available!
Chiseled Bookshelves have also been announced, which allow you to store 1-6 Books inside them, including Enchanted Books and even books and Quills!
Camels are also a new animal Mob being added in this update! You will be able to ride these awesome creatures, they have an ability called Dash, a maximum of two payers can ride one camel at a time, and most hostile mobs can’t reach you whilst you ride. Adorable baby camels can be bred by feeding adult Camels with Cactus! Inevitably there will be even more uses for them when they arrive in the game!
